Founder and Chief Imagination Officer
is the Chief Executive Officer and President of Siewruk Development Corporation, and the Chief Imagination Officer of Multifamilypro, based in Palm Harbor, Florida. Her companies specialize in providing the multifamily housing industry with the most current leasing, marketing, management, and training information available. As President of Siewruk Development, she has completed a 192-unit apartment community in Austin, Texas; and in partnership with Conine Residential Group & The Huizinga Group, developed 305 units in Dallas, Texas.
Founded by Tami Siewruk and based in Palm Harbor, FL, Multifamilypro is recognized industry-wide as a provider of tools, forms, information, and publications that support the multifamily industry and its leading professionals. The Multifamilypro line of products offers a wealth of sales, marketing, management and training aids, all designed specifically for the multifamily housing industry.
Tami is a co-author of NAHB’s highly successful book, How to Excel in Leasing Apartments, and the Certified Leasing Professional Course. She has served on Committees for RAM Digest, Certified Leasing Agent, Pillars of the Industry, and Multi-Housing World; and the National Association of Home Builders’ (NAHB) Multifamily Councils’ Membership Committee. In addtion served as Editor of NAHB’s Multifamily Management magazine and as Chairman for the NAHB Multifamily Council sub-committee. She is also the author of 101 Secrets to Relationship Leasing.
The Annual Multifamily Housing Brainstorming Sessions™, produced by Tami’s companies, has become an industry event not to be missed. Tami spends hours finding the perfect costume once a year and it’s not for Halloween!

Tami began leasing apartments in 1976, and has held leasing, marketing, management, and business development positions up to and including Vice President of Property Management. Now widely recognized as an industry authority, Tami speaks not only from real-world experience in property management and development, but also as an owner of award winning apartment communities in four states. Her articles are widely available online and have appeared in a variety of industry publications including The Journal of Property Management, Units Magazine, and State and Local Apartment Publications.

Barbie has been with Multifamilypro since it all began in 1991, and remains our primary “reality checker” with a special gift for focusing on the details and a passion for getting things right the first time. In addition to serving our customers, fulfilling orders, and keeping team communications flowing with clarity; Barbie keeps us afloat by managing operations and production, and ensuring that the business end of things are taken care of so that we’re free to explore new ways to meet the needs of our customers, subscribers, and event attendees. Prior to joining Multifamilypro, Barbie was a top performing Collections Manager for a large automobile financing company.

Joann joined Team Multifamilypro in February of 1992 as a temporary replacement for her sister Barbie, who was on maternity leave. The company grew and things got so busy in that short six weeks that she decided to stay! She’s responsible for customer service, order processing, ensuring that our products reach you where and when you need them, keeping our daily operations running smoothly by filling in wherever and whenever she’s needed, and making sure all our event production gear gets where and when we need it, every time. She enjoys the beach, shopping, and baking, and she makes the best pina colada you’ll ever have.

Monique A. Guion
Director of Making Stuff Work
Before joining Multifamilypro in 1994, Mo was a US Navy Petty Officer and then a civilian Pentagon staffer where she served the office of the Chief of Naval Operations as a Program Assistant and Tech Writer to the joint-service Computer-Aided Acquisitions and Logistics Support Initiative, aimed at transitioning the traditionally paper-based design and life-cycle support of the Services’ weapons systems to digital form. In 1994, she escaped DC for some time on the beach in Florida and signed up with a temp agency to get to know the lay of the land. Her first assignment was with a little company in Palm Harbor that needed some data analyzed; and the rest, as they say, is history. As Multifamilypro’s “Director of Making Stuff Work”, She’s the resident “word nerd” in charge of all things written, and shares in responsibility for event production, product design and development, content development for Multifamilypro publications including several blogs, occasionally steering the team’s creativity toward an effective end result, and anything that doesn’t fit neatly under someone else’s hat. A New Orleans native, Mo now lives in Richmond where she frequently dreams of Café Du Monde beignets.
