  • 9:45 am Resource Room Opening
    Please make all last-minute adjustments and have your exhibit staffed and ready for our first Brainstormers to arrive at 9:45 am.

    Educational Sessions

    Be sure that during the following  time periods while attendees are in educational sessions that at least one person is at your booth to speak to any Brainstormers who elect to stay behind and continue to browse the exhibits. As long as your exhibit remains staffed by at least one person or you’ve used your “away” sign (that we’ve provided you) to let attendees know when you’ll return, feel free to join in the educational sessions as seating is available.
  • 8:30-9:45 am First Round of Educational Sessions
  • 9:45-10:30 am Resource Room Opens  for Morning Coffee Break
  • 10:30-12:00 pm Round Two of Educational Sessions
  • 11:30-12:00 noon Vendor lunch period. If your company has pre-purchased a Resource Room lunch for you, then please take this opportunity to help yourself to lunch.
  • 12:00-2:00 pm Complimentary Resource Room Luncheon and Prize Drawings for Attendees
  • 2:00-3:30 pm Round Three of Educational Sessions
  • 3:30-3:45 pm Attendee Break
    Please be aware that attendees may be visiting the resource room at this time to drop their business cards in your bag in order to be included in the drawings that will occur at the end of the day.
  • 3:45-5:00 pm Round Four of Educational Sessions
  • 5:00-6:30 pm Resource Room & Educational Wrap-Up featuring Prize Drawings
    Please draw a winner(s) from your bag of business cards promptly at 5:00 pm in preparation for attendees to begin to return to the exhibit floor, and use the sign that we’ve provided to post the winner(s) names at your Exhibit.
  • 6:30 pm Tear Down
    Please understand that tear-down BEGINS at 6:30 pm. Exhibitors are prohibited from tearing down prior to 6:30 pm. Failure to comply with tear-down time can result in being prohibited from exhibiting/sponsoring in future Brainstorming Events
