The Unconvention:

It’s not your typical seminar, conference, or workshop. In fact, we call Brainstorming “the UnConvention” because it’s such a unique event. While our industry offers several annual conventions that address education, networking, technology, and resources; only Brainstorming includes all of these elements and adds the unique opportunity to work face-to-face with your peers and the best-of-the-best in our business to generate thousands of ideas worth millions to your company, communities, and career, guaranteed to repay your investment and more. Some of the best ideas in the business were born at one of our 25+ Brainstorming events.
This year’s agenda event includes:
  • More than thirty incredible educational opportunities;
  • Seven distinct networking opportunities;
  • Exciting and powerfully informative new tech features to supercharge your social networking skill set;
  • The most innovative product and service providers in our industry all in one room;
  • A fabulous challenge-solving session with the best-of-the-best challenge-solvers we know;
  • Opportunities to Brainstorm with other industry professionals as well as develop tailored solutions with only your own team;
  • An idea-sharing panel session with some of the most creative people in our business;

Top 10 Things To Do

  1. Please complete our online registration form, or mail or fax one in hard copy (located in the attendee brochure) to Multifamilypro as directed. Please follow the directions carefully, completing all fields of the form.
  2. Make your hotel reservations. Please note that the group rate is subject to availability.
  3. Make Airline Reservations well in advance. Remember, the event begins Tuesday, September 14th with early Brainstorming check-in and our Meet & Greet Reception. The Brainstorming Sessions begin promptly at 8:45 am on Wednesday, and the event ends at approximately 1:15 pm on Friday.
  4. Soon after registering, you’ll receive an email message from us with the subject: Brainstorming Confirmation and Invoice or Receipt, so that you can confirm the information that we have on file for you, and reply with corrections as needed. The accuracy of this information, including your contact information as well as any optional events that you may have signed up for, is absolutely necessary, as it will be used to create your attendee name tag before the event, and to represent you correctly in our Brainstorming Networking Directory™.
  5. Ensure that our office receives payment in order to secure your registration. Multifamilypro reserves the right to cancel your registration if payment is not received!
  6. Email or submit your entry for the Tools, Forms, & Ideas Exchange before you come to Brainstorming. Remember, in order to receive your password to the compiled Idea Exchange, you MUST submit at least one contribution! Entries will be accepted all the way up to event day. You can complete our entry form online  and upload attachments or email us at info@multifamilypro.com with attachments.
  7. All participants are encouraged to dress to the theme for the first day of Brainstorming (Wednesday). This year’s event theme is “Reality Check”, so dress in a costume of your own invention or in something that relates somehow to our “Reality TV” theme. Costuming is a big part of the fun and plays a huge rule in unleashing our creativity; so don’t hesitate to join in! Brainstormers often band together in costumed teams wearing the same or similar getups.
  8. Bring plenty of business cards to distribute at all of our Brainstorming networking activities as well as participation in several prize drawings!
  9. Please bring a couple of non-industry magazines (and a spare or two if you can, in case someone else forgets)! They don’t have to be current issues, we’ll use them in the Brainstorming portion of the program.
