Sanford Steinberg

Sanford P. Steinberg, AIA, CGP is the Principal of Steinberg Design Collaborative, LLP, in Houston, Texas. The firm has participated in the completion and success of over 2,500 projects throughout the country encompassing over 600,000 residential units and have received numerous awards within the Home Building industry and many reviews by a variety of notable publications over the years and has spoken at many industry conferences. Sanford received his Bachelors of Environmental Design as a graduate of the University of Colorado and completed a Masters of Architecture at the University of California in Los Angeles where he also received the Dean’s Award. He is a member of the AIA and is a NAHB Certified Green Professional. He serves as a trustee on the NAHB Multifamily Trustee Board, National Chairman of the AIA Residential Knowledge Community, past National Chairman of the NAHB Design Committee and Board Member of Dynamo Charities.

Jason Hanna

Vice President, Operations, The Bascom Group

Mr. Hanna is a member of the Portfolio Solutions Group. Mr. Hanna manages the renovation process and helps to ensure timeliness and efficient completion of renovations projects. Before joining Bascom, Mr. Hanna served as a Regional Property Supervisor for MacBeth Apartment Systems in Los Angeles, California, overseeing a 2,000-unit portfolio. He graduated from Tarleton State University with a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice and a minor in Accounting.
