  • Aspire to the position with a desire to share their unique professional talents and experience with their fellow Brainstormers, and to play a special role in the event – not merely with a desire to become a member of an exclusive and elite “clique”.

FACILITATOR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Must be available to attend all three days of the event, from beginning to end.
  • Must put the attendees needs above their own.
  • Must be willing to dress in costume for Brainstorming.
  • Must support the event staff by cleaning up tables and re-sorting table toys, books and other tools at the end of each day.
  • Facilitators are the “cheerleaders” of Brainstorming – when it’s time to sing, dance, play, create, inspire, guide, enlighten, enliven, cheer, and get down to business – they lead by example.
